We are a base for creatives in Europe.

From the very beginning of this project, one of our top priorities has been to ensure the stories we tell genuinely reflect the communities we're working in. That’s why we made the decision to collaborate with co-directors from the regions where we’re filming, and why we’re committed to partnering with as many local people and organisations as possible.

That commitment led to our social media callout: Come work with us. And you answered. The response was overwhelming — the level of interest, passion, and talent was more than we ever expected. Saying no has been incredibly difficult.

So we’ve found a solution, one that puts community at its core.
